Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Deal with incoming enquires via telephone and email
- Manage office files ensuring correct documentation is available for site work
- Carry out audits and archiving of employer files
- Decanting of office files,
- Ensure waste removal processes are followed and necessary arrangements made
- Act as first point of contact for all clients and staff
