As a Master of your Craft …

• Be responsible for the general admin of the engineering department.
• Work closely with the Chief Engineer to ensure all department objectives are met within the agreed time frame
• Allocate job to relevant engineers using Unifocus.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to coordinate required works at the hotel
• Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives.
• Promote a helpful and professional environment and build professional relationships within all hotel departments
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
• Experience with a new opening is desirable.

As our Engineering Office Coordinatoryou will receive:

• Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) – these increase with service!
• Salary: £25,000 per annum working Monday to Friday
