Vibe Recruit are currently working with a well established company based in the Llanelli area, who are looking for Telesales Agents to join their busy team at a time of sustained company growth.

The Role

You will be making business to business calls, to arrange appointments for our field sales representatives to visit and provide a free of charge comparable quotation. You will be expected to make a minimum of 90 calls a day totalling 2hrs+

• No over the phone sales!

Requirements

• Basic admin skills
• A great telephone manner
• Good initiative.
• Proactive
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is desirable, but we do offer a fantastic training program to suit all skill sets. The Team leaders will work one on one with you until you are able to hit targets unaided.

The successful candidate must be eager to achieve and be driven to succeed!

Annual Salary starts at £21,675 with the potential to earn additional monthly bonus’ from £125pcm-£542pcm.

• Full Time positions only, 9am – 5pm. No evenings or weekends!
• Potential to finish at 1pm on Fridays if targets are achieved.

The dress code is casual office wear Monday to Thursday – Dress down day every Friday.
