Project Sales Coordinator

The role
What you’ll do
- Managing telephone, website, and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Actively generating specifications and leads through Glenigans and other lead sources.
- Tracking opportunities where specifications have been provided using our CRM system, and then passing them to the local Business Development Manager.
- Collaborating with the technical team to maintain our Generic Specification Documents.
- Liaising closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure that specifications and literature align with the needs of our customer/client base.
- Handling inbound enquiries that are new to the business, including qualifying, tracking, and providing correct specification documents to support customers/clients with their planned projects.
- Compiling and providing monthly CRM Reports summarizing activities.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of Architect, Main Contractor, and Installer records in our CRM system.
- Completing and submitting Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires within designated timeframes.
What you’ll need
- Experience working with architects, installers, and fabricators.
- Proficient with Glenigans, planning portals, and their applications.
- Excellent telephone communication skills and confidence.
- Skilled in public speaking and presentation delivery.
- Proficiency in creating presentations.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with interpreting layout drawings/site plans.
- Resilient and persistent, maintaining performance under pressure.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Organised and adept at planning to meet tight deadlines.
