Job Overview:

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for the support in ensuring our clients facility has new or refurbished furniture for public usage, ensuring all health and safety compliance is met.

Main Responsibilities:

• Completing and processing administrative tasks for furniture requests.
• Controlling the management of furniture distribution across the facility.
• Collaborating with wider teams and colleagues to ensure areas of the facility are upheld to a high standard.
• Liaising with stakeholders and management teams to ensure the delivery of service is to a professional level.
• Physical support in moving furniture across the facility.

What were looking for:

• Extensive experience within administration and processing operations
• Computer proficiency with MS applications.
• Highly motivated and driven by social responsibility to achieve the highest levels of delivery in a healthcare environment.
• Confident, with the ability to work under pressure in a calm and positive way.
• Excellent people and communication skills with the ability to express your thoughts clearly, whether written or spoken.
• PFI/Healthcare experience advantageous.
• Previous experience in managing healthcare furniture is advantageous but not essential.
