The Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our successful Real Estate department. This role is a full time position, where you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to commercial property and charity clients (including faith based organisations).

This position offers a unique opportunity to play an integral part in legal and administrative processes as well as engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Typing, formatting and finalising documents to the highest standard
  • Opening and closing files
  • Scanning
  • Providing clients with updates on their matters via email and via telephone
  • Copy typing and amending documents
  • Assisting fee earners with compliance, matter listings and residual balances
  • Other administrative duties as required by the department

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working in a busy administrative position
  • Enthusiastic and with a strong ability to multitask and work independently while maintaining a methodical approach
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assisting the team with WIP and other financial management tasks as requested
