This role involves responding to customer inquiries through live chat, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming chat queries in real-time
• Provide friendly, accurate support to customers
• Follow scripts, guidelines, and knowledgebase articles
• Escalate technical issues when needed
• Maintain service-level response times
