We’re looking for a Product Designer to:

• collaborate with product managers and data scientists during product discovery sprints to identify opportunities and then rapidly design analytical product prototypes and test its usability and impact proof of concept with users
• develop the visual style and interface of analytical products (in the form of e.g. Tableau dashboards, excel tools, custom tools, etc.) based on user stories and design best practices
• plan and facilitate continuous product discovery along the design process to align the product-vision with the product manager and get all needed requirements of the product: e.g., journey mapping, design sprints, storyboarding or other design thinking methods
• understand user/client needs and create actionable insights and personas enabled by user/client research and synthesize into tangible design solutions
• build, test, and refine prototypes and conduct a design direction for products, services or journeys including prior wireframing
• work closely with cross-functional agile team members to improve People Analytics Data Science products and journeys iteratively and continuously based on all phases of the design process
• ensure the post Go-Live optimization of the user experience of products (e.g., through A/B testing, user surveys, UX reviews)
• design and direct communications and other change management activities needed for product adoption
• potentially act as product manager for smaller Data Science products, ensuring the ongoing maintainability, security and viability of these products

You’ll be in the People Analytics Data Science team We are a global team partnering across HR and the business to deliver value through our analytical products to internal clients (HR, senior management, line managers, etc). Our solutions may require sophisticated analysis techniques with large and complex datasets and can include predictive modelling, text analysis, data mining and custom visualization. The team includes Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers as well as others with a range of complementary skill sets who together can take on almost any People Analytics problem.
