Hours: Monday – Friday 9am- 5.30pm

Alternate Saturdays 9am-2pm

We are an established Insurance Managing General Agent who will give you the chance to further your career within a focused environment. Working as part of a team to provide essential administration support for the office.

Duties will include:

• Actioning and updating electronic diaries and notepads to process information
• Administering quotations
• Chase insurers/brokers for outstanding documents
• Supporting the wide team
• Supporting brokers with queries over the phone and by email
• Administer claims
• Learning compliance procedures relevant for Financial Services such as Data Protection Regulations
