Job DescriptionAn interesting and challenging role for a Scheduling Manager to work within the mobile telecommunications sector. This role would suit an organised, reliable individual who is an effective communicator with a passion for working as a team player to support a fast moving project environment.

Principal Duties, Responsibilities and Accountability

  • Produce schedules of work from a range of work stream data
  • Schedule sites within agreed SLAs and prepare schedules for auditors.
  • Create and send a weekly performance report for the Quality Team.
  • Collate data from various sources and use that to populate a weekly schedule for field auditors.
  • Manage percentage of audits by project and contractor to ensure we are meeting our project commitments.
  • Apply for site access through various portals and site providers.
  • Create site specific RAMS.
  • Deal with adhoc site requests as and when they occur from leadership team and the client.
  • Liaise with clients to agree access costs.
  • Create and record Purchase Orders
  • Support the wider scheduling team (H&S and Fire) scheduling sites and applying for access
  • Raise permits on the day through Remedy.
  • Sending weekly forecasts and completions to management.
  • Provide updates and reporting to Clients and cost centre leadership team
  • Support with daily duties of communication both internally to operational teams and externally to the client
  • Manage subject specific Email accounts and escalate issues where necessary
  • Support team with IT and system tools applications
  • Support the team leaders with finance-based reporting
  • Attend internal meetings for project related issues and overviews
  • Support reporting on subcontractor performance back into management
Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational skills and time management is essential due to the variety of tasks required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS office & databases is essential
  • Knowledge of Telecoms based system tools (ADC, PACS, Remedy and various access portals) is essential
  • Project management support experience is desirable.
  • Telecoms Delivery experience
  • Ability to efficiently work remotely as part of a UK-wide team.
  • Ability to collate data from various sources & compile weekly forecasts and completion reports
  • H&S knowledge to enable the creation of site specific RAMS.
  • Ability to deal with adhoc site requests as and when they occur from management and the client.
  • Strong communication skills to support effective communication with auditors, clients, site providers and the leadership team.
  • Management of on the day escalations.
