We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative who will primarily be responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operational logistics activities run effectively and efficiently. This will include a varied daily approach to fulfilling customer orders and expectations. The Warehouse Operative will work as part of a dynamic and growing team to deliver our renowned service to our customers and contribute to our growth and success.

• Ensuring the day-to-day operational Logistics activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, picking, packing, shrink wrapping, labelling, and palletising products.
• Support teams with internal moves, additions, and changes.
• Responsible for performing the physical or administrative/physical tasks of stock management.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities when needed.
• To lift and move stock, using operational equipment where possible

• Forklift License – Counter Balance and/or Reach Forklift Licence.
• Ability to follow a job through from start to finish
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of warehouse safety and operations
• Excellent attention to detail

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience working in a Warehouse or similar environment.
• Knowledge working with warehouse scanning and barcoding system.
• Previous experience working at Goods In with knowledge of stock management
