Bromley Healthcare are recruiting this role for One Bromley:
The role is intended to provide interim support to the urgent and emergency care programme in Bromley, collating of data, information and papers and undertaking project work to support urgent care and discharge

It is part of SEL Integrated Care System which serves circa 1.92m residents and works with the widest possible range of community, voluntary and third sector groups and organisations in each borough. of England and nationally for some services.
Our vision for the ICS is a highly performing, sustainable system that looks after its staff, responds to its communities and takes action to reduce the inequalities they experience. As part of the ICS, the One Bromley local care partnership seeks to develop an evidence based approach to improving care for the patients of Bromley borough. This post is an important part of the response to providing unscheduled care. A detailed workplan will be agreed on appointment
- Provide administrative support as required to the discharge and urgent care programmes
- Manage and deliver projects in agreement with the AD and programme leads for urgent care
- Support the collation of data and intelligence on urgent care, particularly on a neighbourhood basis to develop the urgent care system
Bromley Healthcare is a community interest company providing a wide range of services including community nursing services such as district nursing, health visiting to specialist nurses, as well as therapy services for children, young people and adults.

Salary is dependant on NHS experience and current banding/pay point.
