About the Role:

The role of a Customer Relations Agent at MAG is to offer support to customers who have questions, concerns, or who want to purchase a product or service. Customer Relations Agents may be the only contact a customer has with a company, so it’s important that they make the experience as positive as possible. Our agents work from home and in the office, they communicate with stakeholders on the phone, by email, through online chat programs, or even on social media.

 

The role of an Customer Feedback Agent is varied. Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Communicate with current and potential customers via telephone, email, online chat, or social media
  • Listen attentively to questions and concerns and respond promptly with a resolution according to company guidelines
  • Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations
  • Suggest products and services to clients based on their requests and needs
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
  • Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
  • Learn how to use database systems (Salesforce) and technology to deliver great customer care
  • Work to company provided standards at all times including working, behavioural and appearance standards
  • To complete, in full, any other actions which may be required within role parameters that may be introduced
