We are seeking a dedicated individual to undertake a wide range of administration and case work in OSCAR within Legal & Governance Services. As part of the Office Student Complaints, Appeals and Regulations (OSCAR) team you will provide professional administrative support and respond promptly to queries from staff and students of the University and external enquirers to provide advice and guidance on OSCAR related regulations, policies, procedures and functions.
You will support the OSCAR team in gathering evidence and compiling evidence bundles for cases and undertake independent casework as is assigned by your line manager. You will also be required to act as Secretary, as necessary, to relevant meetings and hearings and produce accurate minutes/summary reports.
This post is available on a full-time, job share or flexible working basis.
