Extended Let Booking Supervisor

Salary – £21,699

Full-time permanent role, 35.75 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Location – Craiglockhart Leisure Centre & Tennis Centre

We have an amazing opportunity for a friendly, positive, and vibrant Bookings Supervisor to lead our extended lets bookings team.

You will be responsible for:

• Training, development, and performance of your team. Leading by example to make a positive difference in their ability to resolve issues efficiently, and professionally and deliver superior customer service.
• Responding to and resolving more complex and escalated booking enquiries and complaints in a knowledgeable, and engaging way to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Supporting the development of the let bookings services across our venues, schools, and sports pitches.

• Customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with strong organizational skills and ability to the juggle multiple demands simultaneously.
• Great listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Decisive, fair, and consistent problem-solver with strong decision-making skills, able to organise and prioritise to strategically develop creative solutions for complex issues.
