About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Course Enquiries Assistant to join the Student Recruitment, Admissions and Marketing Service, as part of the Course Enquiries Team to provide an outstanding front line customer experience for enquirers to the University. You will be handling queries via telephone, email, live chat, WhatsApp and in-person, as well as supporting with broader student recruitment initiatives. This role could be suitable for a recent graduate and provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with a positive attitude and the right skills to join a friendly and professional team.
In this role, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and key influencers.
- Have great interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Provide accurate information and advice to prospective students and assist with recruitment events such as Open Days and monthly campus tours.
- Organise and prioritise your work effectively to meet pre-defined timescales.

About You
As Course Enquiries Assistant, you will:
- Have proven experience of working within a customer focused environment, delivering tailored information.
- Display an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable communicating in-person and using a range of platforms; including phone, email, social media.
