Fixed-Term Correspondence Customer Service Agent
£20,319 pro rata
Are you looking for a new opportunity? Are you looking for an employer to give you a chance to try something different? Marston Holdings Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join their team on a 3-month fixed-term basis.
As a Correspondence Customer Service Agent, you will have a vital role within our contact centre. You will be handling customer cases, creating, and responding to customer correspondence via email and post, escalating concerns and keeping records up to date.
We are looking for someone who is customer focused and has strong communication skills. You will receive support and coaching within this role and learn new skills.
Person specification
- Experience of handling high volume correspondence
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Good understanding and use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent attention to detail and grammar
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable working alone as well as part of a team
