Part time Customer Services Officer at BCP Council
Job Description
This Customer Services Officer role will be predominantly based on our leisure centre Reception desk.
- Dealing with customers both in person, over the telephone and via email
- Handling queries regarding the Centre, facilities, events and activities
- Taking bookings and payments on the point of sale system
- Assisting with general administration such as record keeping and bookings and other lessons
- Sales and Memberships
The role will involve shift work and may include weekend working. We tend to operate on a 2 week shift pattern. The below table demonstrates the shifts we currently have to fill- we are looking for multiple post holders.
As a result of the creation of BCP Council in 2019, we are working on simplifying our terms and conditions of service and will be creating a single pay structure which all of our employees will move on to.
