We are looking for a fun-loving people person with a great sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm to join our Soft P lay team at Tumbles at Portobello.

In this hands-on role, there is never a dull moment. On a day-to-day basis , you will be :

• Ensuring that all children and parents have a great experience in the soft play area by providing exceptional customer service.
• Creating a welcoming environment, and maintaining high standards of play, while promoting a happy and safe atmosphere.
• Interacting and playing with children aged 0 – 9 years, helping deliver birthday parties and other seasonal events.
• Helping to maintain very high standards of cleanliness throughout the soft play area.

• Provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills.
• Work well with others and interact in a positive and helpful manner.
• Always maintain a positive attitude and proactively resolve any issues that might come up.
• Stay focused and alert to respond quickly to all situations.
