We are looking for a passionate and positive Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in London. The ideal candidate should have a known experience in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store appearance.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and offer them personalized recommendations.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales in the store.
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
