Kaleidoscope is a pioneering substance misuse treatment provider, offering evidence-based treatment and holistic support to individuals who access its services. We are a forward-looking organisation, passionate about developing services while keeping the needs of our service user community at the heart of what we do. Our achievements include initiating the first needle syringe exchange, on site methadone dispensing and the setting up of social enterprises. Kaleidoscope understands that, through listening to people, we’ll continue to innovate and campaign for the interests of those seeking help.
Our services span the whole of Wales as well as our Residential Unit in Heswall. At present we employee 250 staff; these roles vary from Administrators to Clinical Staff. As Accounts Administrator you will sit within our small, but effective Head Office team.

How you will make an impact…
- Processing purchase ledger and expenses transactions
- Provide assistance to the Finance team in a variety of Finance activities. More than anything, we are looking for a team player who is passionate in their work. We have core values that run through everything we do and we’d love it if they resonate with you too!

- Processing staff expenses claimed ensuring they are accurate and posted.
- Monthly expenses reconciliations.
- Process purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently. Ensuring coding procedures are followed.
- Regularly reconcile supplier accounts to statements and resolve any queries in a timely manner.
- Process petty cash returns within the finance system and reconcile appropriately.
- Provide support to other finance colleagues as required.
- Ensure own and contribution to team KPI’s are achieved on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Research ways into evolving the day-to-day processes with a view to making efficiency savings.
- Other reasonable tasks as directed by the Finance Manager to ensure the effective running of the finance department.
- To adhere to all policies and procedures and code of conduct.
