Full time Business Engagement Assistant at Kingston University
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Professional Services colleagues, academics, students and alumni in the Faculty of Business and Social Sciences (FBSS), to build and grow external engagement with employer and institutional relationships that meet the strategic goals of the Town House Strategy and enhance its global reputation and market credibility.
You’ll use your excellent communication, administration and customer service skills to support the Business Engagement Team provide a highly effective, responsive, and adaptable administration service, for engagement activities, including income generation (summer schools, student study trips), alumni relationships, communication campaigns and partnerships.
The Person
You’ll be educated degree level or equivalent and will have customer service and relationship management skills and experience.
On a personal level, going above and beyond to deliver exceptional support across the business engagement spectrum will be your core motivation. You will use your excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to keep things on track and your experience of working with employers to integrate professional practice across everything you do.
Constantly seeking to improve, you’ll scrutinise your own work, build Faculty and Directorate networks, and work collaboratively and flexibly to manage multiple streams of activity within deadlines to achieve results.
The Faculty
The Faculty of Business and Social Sciences combines Kingston Business School and the School of Law, Social and Behavioural Sciences. This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £27,804 per annum.
