About The Role
- Establish and foster strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Technical ownership and support of a sales opportunity.
- Providing technical pre-sales support and resources such as presentations to our current and prospect customers.
- Partnering with prospect stakeholders to address technical or business challenges.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are consistently upheld.
- Arranging and conducting technical training for our partners and customers.
- Maintain strong understanding of the competitive landscape within the respective territory.
- Develop technical product knowledge to a high level, enabling you to make effective sales presentations.
- Meet ongoing targets created by management.
Teams to collaborate with
- Offensive Security Delivery Team: You will work closely with this team to accurately scope and define penetration tests based on client requirements. This collaboration ensures our technical solutions align with clients’ needs.
- Continuous Security Team: Delivery Team of our Continuous Security Service
- Sales Team: Working in tandem with our Sales Team is crucial in identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities. Your partnership will help drive the company’s revenue growth.
- Project Management Office (PMO): Collaborating with the PMO will ensure smooth operation and execution of projects, from scoping to completion.
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Delivery Team: Cooperation with the GRC team is key in understanding and communicating the regulatory and compliance aspects of our services, enabling you to articulate this effectively to our clients.

Role Mission
As a Pre-Sales Specialist in our Cyber function, your mission is to safeguard the digital assets of the world’s most recognized brands. You will serve as the bridge between our technical team and clients, expertly scoping penetration tests and guiding customers through the initial stages of our services. Your ultimate goal is to foster strong client relationships, drive revenue growth, and consistently improve our service offerings. You’ll leverage your critical thinking and self-motivation to achieve success and contribute to our vision of being the most trusted name in cyber security.
