Job Description

Kent College, Canterbury are looking for an empathetic individual to volunteer as an Independent Listener at our Senior School. Here at KC, we have a system whereby any child who wishes to talk to an independent adult can do so. This is open to all students, both day and boarding, and pupils are informed of who this person is and how to contact them. We have separate Independent Listener’s for our Junior and Senior Schools.

This position is unpaid and voluntary, and is independent of the main lines of School management.

Closing Date for Applications: 28th August 2023, although if a pool of suitable candidates becomes available before that date the College reserves the right to interview and appoint without further notice.
