We are currently looking for a Reach truck driver in our Leeds depot to support the effective running of the Leeds SUT cross dock operation, carrying out a multitude of tasks which include use of MHE unloading and loading operating a forklift truck.
Salary: £27268.80 plus £1800 shift allowance
Shift Pattern: Sunday to Thursday 21:00pm to 05:30am
Job Description:
- Operating a forklift truck to unload and load products to ensure through the warehouse ensuring parts are loaded, unloaded in the right place and right time according to schedules.
- As required efficiently and accurately pick product following pick/loading lists for setting and checking before dispatch.
- Participating in general warehouse duties where manual handling would be involved in the process.
- It is essential the successful candidate ensures all health and safety procedures are always adhered to, raising any non-compliances or concerns at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure that all company policies, procedures and processes are adhered to, including absence reporting, dignity at work and local site rules, taking due consideration of company values.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Good level of general education including English / Maths
- FLT Licence essential.
- Ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines.
