We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Birmingham, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one and two-to-one care for our service user.

Meet our service user

Our service user is a beautiful 4-year-old pre-schooler who lives in her family home in Birmingham and requires support throughout the day and night.

She is very vocal, loves to socialise with her family and carers and enjoys lots of interaction and play time.

She loves to access stimulating activities and engaging in activities with her care team to support with her learning and development.

Throughout the day your role will be to support with her morning routine at home before accompanying her to her educational setting. Here you will closely observe and tend to her clinical care needs when required, you will ensure her comfort and promote social interaction.

Throughout the night you will be required to attend to her complex and clinical care needs, support with personal care, moving & handling, repositioning, and offering comfort and reassurance when needed to promote a restful nights sleep.

Essential Experience Required

• Personal Care

• Medication Administration

Desirable experience

• Tracheostomy care

We have the following shifts available;

• Full Time and Part Time
• Days- 8am-4pm
• Nights- 8pm-8am

Weekdays: £13.50 per hour (£108 approx. per 8 hour shift)

Weeknights: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Saturday: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Sunday: £14.00 per hour (£168 approx. per 12 hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £15.50 per hour (£186 approx. per 12 hour shift)
