Aspire People are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate Level 3 and Level 2 Teaching Assistants to join our team working with primary schools in Kidderminster . You will have the rewarding opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development and success of students who need additional support during their educational journeys.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1-1 support to a student with additional support needs
Contribute to creating a positive and warm learning environment
Collaborate with other professionals to work towards the best outcomes for students
Encourage active participation and engagement with learning
Support students with their overall well being by delivering targeted interventions to support learning and development.
The ideal candidate will:

Hold a relevant Level 3 or Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification/ degree
ideally have experience of working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Have a passion for helping children to overcome challenges and reach their full potential
