About the job
The function
In your role as a Customer Success Agent, you will be part of our ambitious and fast paced Operations team and will be responsible for providing an unrivalled customer experience.
Your impact

Owning customer experience, as the first point of support and response for our customers
- Shape the support function process, tools and strategy for short and medium term success
- Drive customer satisfaction and ultimately value delivered to the customer
- Identify areas for continuous improvement across the business, advocating for the customer experience
- Set, monitor and review KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
