Who we are looking for:
The Supporter Care Advisor is a vital and varied role liaising with all parts of our charity. We are looking for a committed and driven candidate who will bring enthusiasm and passion to our fun and hardworking Supporter Care team. You will have excellent written and verbal skills to provide a first-class service to all our members, fundraisers and supporters.
You will be working as part of a small, dynamic and evolving team with efficient processes in place. You will be the first point of contact for our fundraisers and members, providing advice and expertise to support their fundraising efforts. As well as using your customer service skills and knowledge to ensure our supporters have a brilliant experience engaging with our organisation, you will also be the voice of our supporters and use your expertise to inform colleagues of our supporters needs.
With the ability to be highly organised, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also be logical, with the ability to problem solve and have a methodical and accurate approach.

Where will you be working:
Hybrid – City Road, London/ Homebased
Hours of work:
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)
