Job Description

9 Month Temporary position working with one of our fantastic public sector clients based in Newport.

Do you have an Admin background or Customer Service background and are you looking for Long Term Temp work for a large Public Sector Employer in Newport?


Main Duties

  • Maintaining a customer feedback database, ensuring that feedback is captured accurately and processed correctly
  • The logging, forwarding, and monitoring of customer feedback to ensure responses are given within set timescales
  • Dealing and capturing misleading mail e-mails and correspondence within agreed set timescales
  • Assisting the Quality Manager & Quality Team Leader in maintaining the Quality Management System
  • Support to ISO 9001 auditors with audits.

Other Info:

This role is a hybrid working role which entails a minimum of 1 day a week in our office in Newport. There would be an expectation for individuals to attend the office as and when required, sometimes at short notice. There is flexibility around the day they attend, but if there is training/a meeting they will need to attend that day.

Pay and Benefits:
£12 per hour.
34 days holiday (Incl Bank Holidays).
Free on site parking.
Close to local bus routes.

This role is subject to a Basic DBS.

Essential Skills

  • Excellent written skills to draft customer responses, meeting minutes and reports
  • Excellent attention to detail to support customer queries and accurately capture data
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a high standard of communication skills working within the immediate team and with the wider office
  • Excellent organisational skills to be able to prioritise workload dependent on urgency
