Job Description
- As the Finance Officer you would be:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Conduct routine financial analysis and investigations
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and legislation
- Collaborate effectively with the wider Accounting & Finance team
- Process invoices, receipts and payments promptly and accurately
- Participate in regular audits and resolve any discrepancies
- Support in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Manage and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Officer should have:
- AAT or ACCA Studier
- Understanding of the Balance sheet and Cash flow forecasting
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
- Excellent numerical and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High levels of organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
