As our IT Department continues to grow, we are excited to be recruiting for a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Technician in our Bristol office on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity for a personable and customer-focused individual to join a supportive team and to develop their technology skillset.
As a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Technician, you will be joining a team who are key in supporting the firm and ensuring the business is moving forward. Our IT Service Desk is the first point of contact for our users; whether they require support, guidance or diagnosis of simple technical problems, as well as escalation.

About you
To be successful as our 2nd Line IT Service Desk Technician, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience of delivering 2nd Line IT Support in a similar role
- A keen problem-solver, who is eager to go the extra mile to find solutions
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service and enjoyment in communicating with people of all levels
- The ability to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining a good eye for detail and strong time management skills
- Willingness to learn and a keen interest in IT and technology
