The Job:
Lanes Group are looking to appoint an Cashbook Administrator to join our busy finance team. Working from our head office in Leeds.
Responsibilities:
- Providing the credit control team with daily banking information.
- Daily posting of company bank account transactions.
- Daily operating of generating statements for Directors.
- Preforming daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Managing accurate monthly nominal and HP account postings to meet deadlines.
- Responsible for the incoming requests and management of Depots petty cash.
- Assisting with bank related queries.
- Assisting credit control chase remits
- Chasing small debtors with the support of the credit control team.
- General Administrative duties.
Location: Leeds Head office
Hours of Work : Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week.
