Since the company was established in 1992, Hydraflow has provided a high quality and personal service primarily in the refurbishment and manufacturing of Hydraulic Cylinders. Hydraflow joined the Rubix Group in January 2022
General Admin
- Maintain filing system, file reports, manage creation of new folders and archiving
- Scan Delivery notes for filing online and manage collection of them
- Order stationery
- Book hotel accommodation when required
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Use in house software (K8 & Microsoft Access)
Purchasing
- Issue and process purchase orders to suppliers, from initial PO number allocation through to goods receipting
- Follow up overdue orders with suppliers and advise of order status
- Ensure completion of purchase order log, status update and confirmation of goods received
Health & Safety
- Support Office Manager to communicate Rubix H&S messages to the team
- Print & issue Toolbox talks for team completion, chase up completion
- Issue H&S documents as part of new starters induction pack
HR
- Check holiday request authorisations
- Book training courses
- Keep training files and tracker up to date
