Derby Homes are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administration Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of inputting data, maintaining, and recording accurate records and have excellent customer service skills. Must be competent in collating and providing information from various sources such as sub-contractors, correcting any anomalies or charges.
The day-to-day duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Maintain up to date and accurate repair records in the Open Housing system.
- Maintain and investigate the integrity of the Open Housing system data by providing reports from the open housing and insight system, including open jobs and jobs out of priority.
- Scanning of certificates and other documentation.
- Providing help and advice to managers and supervisors.
- Have knowledge and understanding of I.T and all Microsoft applications.
- Assist in the planning for the Gas Team when required.
- To make suitable and affective arrangements to ensure continuity during absence.
- Good communication skills with other team members.
- Receiving and making phone calls from/to internal and external customers in a clear and concise manner.
