As Administration Assistant (Maintenance), you will contribute to the provision of customer focused administrative support to the damp and mould team. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment, have a confident and friendly telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Administration Assistant (Maintenance) will involve:
- Administrative support to the Damp & Mould team
- Updating systems and data spreadsheets
- Communicating between teams and customers
- Accessing data and systems for information
- Analysing data to ensure accuracy
- Liaison with planning teams
- Raising, appointing, completion of works orders
As Administrator we need you to have:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Accurate data entry & inputting skills
- Good punctuality
- Team working skills
- Excel skills
We would be really excited if you have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- MIS (Active-H) experience
