Administrator
Permanent – Full Time – Up to £23,920, depending on experience
We’re looking for a super-organised Administrator who’s quick-thinking and versatile, proactive and can work as part of a team; the kind of person who can turn their hand to anything at a moment’s notice to ensure staff have everything they need to do their jobs and that the company runs efficiently. What we are looking for:
This role is needed to efficiently deal with all back office administrative tasks including management of high volume inboxes, Fix Flo, Authorisation of works orders, ordering of appliances and other specialist back office roles within the CSC
- This role is to deal with Complaints since responsibility for complaints moved back form the Customer Success Team to Mears Living. In addition, due to the growing demands of governance in relation to the Board of Plexus and Omega Housing additional resource is required.
- Engaging with colleagues and external stakeholders over the telephone.

Ensuring complaints are dealt with in line with our complaints policy and procedure

Supporting managers to respond to complaints in a timely fashion

Managing the complaints system

Liaising with customers

Providing support for wider customer engagement work
What you need to have:
- Ability to investigate, evaluate and respond to situations quickly.
- Experience within Social Housing Sector.
- Good IT knowledge
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft software
- General knowledge of the construction industry
- Organisational skills necessary to manage and organise own workload.
- The ability to communicate effectively at levels commensurate with role, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to respond to changing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
