Working hours:, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Hybrid: Office and home workingA minimum of 3 days a week working in our Head Office, Sheffield, S35 2PW. Employees are able to utilise our office facilities more should they wish to. This can vary depending upon work requirements. We offer free onsite parking.

Reporting to our Product Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and undertaking business and marketing administration for the Anaesthesia & IV Pharma team.

We are looking for an organised team member with business administration experience who strives for the best and is determined to succeed.

You will be supporting the Product Manager to develop the marketing and commercial activity for the Anaesthesia & IV Pharma products.

Here’s what you can expect to be doing…

  • Assist in new product market launches, including undertaking market research and creating new marketing materials
  • Provide support with contract and pricing administration tasks
  • Create, modify and remove products from the MATMAN system where necessary
  • Organise customer exhibitions including sponsorships, venues, exhibition stands and equipment deliveries needed for the event
  • Support the team with business administration duties such as travel booking, managing contacts databases etc.
  • Complete any supporting tasks for Tenders, specifically involving the Pharma QC system, auditing and updating the product information when needed
  • Complete reports for customers, including relevant sales statistics of products purchased, and any other data required

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a business administration role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, including PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of or interest in UK hospital / medical environments
  • Knowledge of technology and the impact in a business environment
  • Able to work on own initiative and within a team
  • Be organised, methodical and accurate in your approach
  • Full driving licence
