Roles and Responsibilities
- Developing value propositions/POV to sell a broad set of marketing solutions from our extensive portfolio, such as: Digital Content Services, Campaign Management and Marketing Analytics
- Manages activities that take place during marketing solution ideation, solution design, and solution implementation.
- Research and identify the challenge and ideal marketing solution to drive marketing operational efficiencies for our prospects. This may include RFP, RFIs, POVs or pitch books with evidenced recommendations, project manage and drive the roadmap for transitioning to the selected solution
- Generate enquiries or prospective leads through direct client relationships (CSuite / Head of Department and other relevant direct reports) where required to present new offerings, capabilities and value proposition
- Build or develop an external network of relevant prospective connections to include attendance of trade shows or networking events
- Identify new prospects and potential client opportunities from discussions with the Account Directors alongside your own research and knowledge
- Lead conversations with clients and prospects to identify opportunities to transform their marketing operations
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Business Administration, Interactive Marketing, Strategic Marketing
- 3+ years working in a large or global matrix organization preferably with a B2C brand(s) in Financial Services, Consumer Products, Retail.
- A solid prospecting background to include proposition building or leading the RFP process – experience of driving development of £5 million pipeline (minimum) or experience of having supported large scale deals
- +2 years’ working knowledge of digital marketing from either a delivery perspective either client or agency side including SEO, SEM, Paid Search and Social
- +2 years’ experience building and managing campaigns in Adobe, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Solid understanding of analytics and tracking, a/b testing, tag management, and content management
- A creative individual able to identify challenges and generate innovative marketing ideas for the client from your own knowledge of marketing operational challenges
