• Monday-Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis (Hours to be discussed at interview).
• 42.5 hours per week.
• 22 days annual leave rising to 26 with service, plus bank holidays.

Our client is one of the largest dealer networks in the UK. They are actively looking to add a Call Centre Operative/Parts Advisor to their busy dealership in Derby. The successful candidate will have previous parts advisor experience with the ability to upsell products or services, whilst providing top level customer service.

The successful Call Centre Operative/Parts Advisor will have:

• Previous customer experience whether this be telephone or face/face.
• Previous parts advisor experience.
• Excellent communication skills and a polite telephone manner.
• Ability to upsell products and services.
• Passionate about delivery excellent customer service.

Responsibilities of a Call Centre Operative/Parts Advisor:

• Check goods in against delivery note and ensure goods are undamaged before accepting delivery.
• Monitor stock levels and measure stock returns.
• Keep obsolete stock to a minimum.
• Provide technical & logistical assistance as well as handling all customer requests’
