We are currently seeking a Carers Support Adviser to support the delivery of our Making Carers Count project in Haringey and Hackney.

You will work closely with the London team, ensuring Turkish and Kurdish carers have improved access to carer support. The role will include providing high quality information and support, 1-1 conversations, groups, activities, day trips and co-producing personal action plans to support them with their caring role.

The location for the position is flexible but candidates must be willing to work from community venues within Haringey and Hackney as required and be able to readily travel throughout the Borough.
