Job Description
We are looking for flexible individuals to undertake casual work as Casual Support Worker in our friendly Our Way Leeds team.
Our Way Leeds is a is a consortium service delivered by Foundation offering accommodation and floating support to empower young people aged 16-25 to live independently. We are recruiting a floating night support worker to be based in Armley, Leeds for the Our Way Leeds service.
We are proudly and actively anti-racist and as such you are expected to drive the agenda forward.
As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide housing-related support services to a wide range of individuals.
You’ll need:
- To be able to provide tailored support to help address the individual needs of the client
- To be a self-motivated, solutions focused and a forward thinker
- To be able to work well both individually and as part of a team.
