Purpose of Role

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead/support the team and provide a high consistent standard of cleaning and hygiene services for our clients.

This is a key role working as part of a professional facilities team providing a proactive high level customer focused service to our client. You must be eligible to work in the UK and be able to provide the required documentation. Good physical ability is necessary for this role.

Job Description

Maintain the highest level of cleaning standard and safety carrying out essential cleaning tasks including but not limited to:

• Managing a team of Cleaning Operatives to deliver a good consistent standard
• Organising cover for holiday and absence
• Ordering and refilling stock
• Delivering training and Tool box talks
• Completing audit with the client team
• Caretaker cover

Assisting the team deliver all of the below as and when necessary:

• Damp Wiping and Dusting
• Vacuuming and Mopping
• Carpet Cleaning
• Window Cleaning
• Waste Removal
• Litter Picking
• Washroom cleaning
• Ensuring all equipment is kept clean, well maintained & in working order.

Responsibilities

Support the Management team ensuring that tasks are completed as instructed on time and to the required standard.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

Previous cleaning supervisory experience
BICSc trained preferably.
Computer literate
