We are working with one of our longest standing clients, a Commercial Insurance Specialist, based in Stockton-on-Tees, that are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their growing team. This is the ideal position for somebody who is looking to progress a career further within Commercial Insurance.
What you’ll be doing
• Requesting of official claims summaries from insurers.
• Liaising with the claims department for any updates.
• Preparing of claims reports and feedback for clients.
• Creating letters, reports for quotations and renewals.
• Analysing and issuing of policy documentation.
• Raising any issues with the Account Executive.
What you’ll need to apply
• Experience as an Account Broker / Handler previously.
• Strong understanding of the FCA policies and procedures.
