Join our Living Places team as a Compliance Supervisor where you will be working on our various frameworks. You will deliver complex work that really matters to our business, and the world around you.

Reporting into the Quality Manager and the Compliance Manager, you will be required to visit our different contracts across various locations. Your main responsibilities will be to develop and maintain robust Highways Electrical Portfolios as well as NVQ portfolios as required.


What you’ll be doing

As a Compliance Supervisor you will:

  • Coach and assist delivery teams in achieving the required deliverables in relation to HERS Portfolios
  • Perform compliance visits and carrying out and documenting competency assessments where required, Including HERS and NVQ portfolios
  • Assist in the development of the NVQ process within Balfour Beatty Living Places
  • Report against objectives/targets to management
  • Highlight any training requirements and organise efficiently with contracts to reduce spend
  • Support the wider quality improvement initiatives across the UK business
  • Challenge current systems and processes to ensure best practice and continual improvement.

Who we’re looking for
You will need the following:

  • Hold a HERS Qualified Supervisor Qualification
  • Streetworks & Electrical Experience
  • Be an approved NVQ Assessor
  • Ability to work in a team environment and work to tight deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate technical knowledge and problem solving
  • Have a knowledge and application of Health & Safety
  • Experience in supervising & Leading teams
