Are you a creative, motivated, and dynamic facilitator who is committed to developing and delivering meaningful learning and participation activities for people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds? You’ll be collaborative and flexible, committed to access, diversity and inclusion and will relish the opportunity of working in our iconic theatre, in schools and in community settings on a varied and evolving programme of high-quality activities.

You’ll have a deep understanding of good practice in working with different participant groups, and nurture partnerships with schools, arts organisations and visiting production companies to support programmes that encourage new and more diverse audiences and participants into the theatre.
