The Culture & Engagement Coordinator will provide support for actions in service of the UK Culture Plan.
This is a part-time position
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and track project deliverables, be a key operational, administrative support to the team.
- Monitor key culture requirements, calendar of programme activity and action plans.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, developing relationships and working together in an agile way to develop the cultural agenda.
- Provide support for actions in service of the UK Culture plan.
- Provide meeting /workshop support coordinating logistics, developing PowerPoint packs, minute taking and action tracking as required.
What will make you stand out?
Good planning & organisational skills with a proven track record to work on own initiative.
Good communication skills – verbal, presentation and written and proficient in MS Word & PowerPoint.
Proven relationship & stakeholder management skills – ability to work in partnership with the Business, Culture & Engagement colleagues and the wider People Services team to optimally deliver positive outcomes.
Evidence of delivering results in a project environment.
Interest in culture and a desire to improve day to day life at Bank of Ireland.
Third level qualification in HR or Business.

This is a hybrid role and can be done anywhere in the UK with the primary office location as Belfast. Travel will be required for in person collaboration exact frequency to be agreed with manager.
