Full time Customer Hub Assistant at Bron Afon Community Housing
Job Description
Are you interested in making a difference to the lives of thousands of people and being part of an organisation which works with, and proactively involves the community in all that we do? Your first placement will be within Customer Services where you will:-
- Be responsible for the delivery of an excellent customer service resolving the majority of enquiries at the first point of contact
- Deal with a wide range of sensitive issues including ASB, rent and repairs calls
- Work proactively to improve the service and achieve business aims
- Make outbound calls to capture the views of individuals and help drive down rent arrears
- Ensure that the service is open, inclusive and democratic in its approach, actively engaging with and involving Bron Afon members, tenants and other residents in the local communities and forums across Torfaen
You will have a business like approach to delivering services with the ability to creatively solve problems. Knowledge of housing and repairs is desirable, with a real enthusiasm for customer service and delivering excellent outcomes for our tenants and the community.
