About the role
As a Customer Learning Content Creator, you’ll enable Zellis customers to realise the full benefits from our solutions and support the adoption of good practice. Currently our Customer Learning team provides a catalogue of classroom and online training to support customers in the use of Zellis solutions.
The role of the Customer Learning team is to support customers during their onboarding into Zellis (as part of their implementation project), through periods of change, and ensuring the continued utilisation for their solution is maximised.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Learning, the Content Creator will own the creation and maintenance of our course catalogue which includes both e-Learning and in person training courses, across the full range of Zellis HCM functionality. In addition, you’ll own the update and maintenance of the training database.
- The design and development of eLearning courses using creative software, video, and animation.
- Once created, maintaining the eLearning and in person learning courses.
- The creation and maintenance of face-to-face course manuals and learning resources.
- Maintaining the Customer Learning Zellis HCM instance.
- Keeping up-to-date with product development and legislation changes to propose new courses or updates to existing courses.
- Turning often complex concepts into digestible pieces of information and the creation of supporting visuals.
- Working in collaboration with the Learning Facilitator to adapt learning based on course evaluation and product updates.
- Working in collaboration with SMEs across the business to validate the content is accurate and up-to-date.
Skills and experience
Do you offer:
- Experience in storyboarding for eLearning or multimedia content?
- Experience developing high quality, interactive eLearning modules?
- Previous experience developing learning in the areas of Payroll, HR, and T&A software?
- Experience using Articulate 360?
- Good commercial acumen demonstrated through experience of growing a learning portfolio sustainably with year-on-year revenue growth?
- Knowledge of modern learning techniques and Adult Learning pedagogy?
- Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering software specific learning programs?
