Customer Representative – Atlanta Group – Full Time – Stoke-on-Trent
Join our Contact Centre team where you will support new/existing customers with their insurance enquiries, helping to find the right products and solutions to their needs.
Join our Non Standard team
Join our Non Standard team to be one of our representatives, the voice of our business, the friendly person on the phone for all our customers, ensuring their experience with Atlanta and our brands is always positive. The team look after Non-Standard PC (Autonet) & Cherished Car (Carole Nash). We are a fast-growing, digitally driven, agile broker with a vision to both simplify and improve insurance for customers across the UK and Ireland.
About you
Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, resilience to work in a fast-paced and exciting role. Ideally you will have current experience of working within the Atlanta Operations team in a customer related role and a passion to meet customer needs to help deliver a first-class service.
Applicants should be available to start on 8th April 2024, training will be provided on Non Standard products.
Location : Stoke-on-Trent ST6
